Data controller
Sunbrick Business Services ApS, Frederikkevej 2, 2., 2900 Hellerup, Denmark, company registration number 26687128, is the data controller for the personal data processed through this website. Enquiries about the processing can be directed to info@sunbrick.com or +45 22 79 95 00.
The contact form
When you complete the contact form, we receive the details you enter yourself: name, email address and, where provided, company, telephone number and the content of your message.
The details are used solely to answer your enquiry. The processing rests on our legitimate interest in being able to respond to enquiries, under Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR.
Messages are deleted once the enquiry is closed, and at the latest after 12 months. If the enquiry leads to a client relationship, the details are subsequently processed as part of that relationship on the basis of the agreement with you or your company, under Article 6(1)(b).
The client portal
If you have access to the client portal, we process your name and email address in order to give you access. The processing forms part of the agreement with the company you represent, under Article 6(1)(b).
We also keep a log of which reports have been viewed and downloaded, when, and from which IP address. The log is kept for security reasons, so that it can be documented who has had access to what. The basis is our legitimate interest in securing and documenting access to confidential information, under Article 6(1)(f). The log is retained for 12 months.
The accounting data shown in the portal is processed by us as a data processor on behalf of the individual client. Accounting data is retrieved from the client’s own accounting system, e-conomic, operated by Visma e-conomic A/S. That processing is governed by a data processing agreement between the client and us, not by this policy.
Server logs
The web server logs technical details about requests, including IP address, timestamp and which page was requested. This is done for operational and security reasons on the basis of our legitimate interest in running the website securely and reliably, under Article 6(1)(f). Log files are retained for 30 days.
Cookies
The website and the client portal use only strictly necessary cookies, used for sign-in and security. We do not use cookies for statistics or marketing.
Data processors and suppliers
The website and the client portal are hosted with Hetzner Online GmbH on servers within the EU.
Enquiries submitted through the contact form and by email are processed in our IT systems, including Google Workspace, provided by Google Ireland Limited, and Microsoft 365, provided by Microsoft Ireland Operations Ltd.
We do not pass your information on to others. Where our suppliers transfer personal data to countries outside the EU/EEA, this takes place solely on a valid transfer basis, such as the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.
Your rights
You have the right to access the information we hold about you, to have inaccurate information corrected, to have information erased, to have the processing restricted, and to object to the processing. You also have the right to data portability where relevant.
Requests can be sent to info@sunbrick.com. We respond within one month.
If you are unhappy with how we process your data, you can complain to the Danish Data Protection Agency, Carl Jacobsens Vej 35, 2500 Valby, Denmark, dt@datatilsynet.dk.
