Solutions

We handle every part of the finance function. Some clients use us for one specific task, others have placed their entire bookkeeping and reporting with us. Both are fine — it depends on what you need.

Ongoing work

These are normally included in the fixed monthly fee.

Bookkeeping and reconciliation

Ongoing bookkeeping and reconciliation of bank, receivables, payables and VAT. The foundation for everything else: if the numbers cannot be trusted, neither the cash flow forecast nor the reporting is worth anything.

Accounts receivable

Invoicing, follow-up on overdue items, reminder procedures and handover to collection. Many smaller companies lose money here — not because customers will not pay, but because nobody has time to chase systematically.

Payroll

Payroll runs, reporting to eIndkomst, holiday pay and pension. Correct and on time, every month.

Cash flow forecasting and reporting

The budget is management’s — you are the ones who know the plans, the prices and the pipeline. Our work begins after that: we turn the budget into a cash flow forecast that shows when money will get tight, and we follow up month by month, so deviations are spotted while there is still time to react.

If you run e-conomic, the follow-up can happen automatically every night in your own client portal.

Reporting to management and the board

Reporting shaped around what management and the board actually need to see. That is rarely the same as the standard report in the accounting system.

Defined projects

These are agreed and invoiced separately, outside the fixed monthly fee.

Annual accounts and tax return

We prepare the annual accounts and get the material ready for the auditor. The better the bookkeeping has been through the year, the cheaper the audit — this is one of the places where steady care pays off directly.

Where the company is not subject to a statutory audit, we can take it all the way: prepare the annual report, file it with the Danish Business Authority, and submit the tax return to the Danish Tax Agency. The year is closed without involving further parties.

ERP implementation and system migration

System selection, setup, data migration and training. We work in e-conomic day to day and have experience with Business Central, Uniconta, Visma Business and Dynamics AX — both working in them and moving data out of them.

Digitalising workflows

Document handling, approval flows and integrations between the systems you already use. The aim is not technology for its own sake, but removing manual hours that create no value.

Building on top of e-conomic

Some tasks the standard system cannot solve. We build tailored interfaces and integrations on top of e-conomic — where a specific workflow needs something the system does not provide out of the box.

Board work and advisory

Peter Guldberg takes on board positions and ad hoc advisory work within finance, financial management and business development. Contact us to discuss scope and terms.

A fixed monthly fee

We start by going through the work together: how many documents, which systems, what reporting, and how much has to be done by hand. From that we estimate the hours and agree a fixed monthly fee.

You know that fee before the work begins, and it does not change because one month turned out busier than expected. If the work grows permanently — more entities, higher volume, new requirements — we revisit the fee, and always before the work is carried out.

Outside the fixed fee sit the defined projects: annual accounts and tax returns, ERP implementation and migration, and development work. Each is agreed separately at a fixed price for the project, so you know the bill there too.

We do not publish prices, because they genuinely depend on scope. But you get a specific figure after the first meeting — not a range.
