The client portal
Your reports, updated every night. Without you having to ask.
The numbers are there when you wake up
Every night we pull data directly from e-conomic and recalculate your reporting. When you sign in the next morning, the figures are from yesterday — not from last quarter.

The difference between having numbers and using them
Most smaller companies get their figures late and in a form that needs translating. Decisions end up being made on instinct, and the accounts become something you look back on rather than something you steer by.
When the follow-up is there every day and in a form you can read, its character changes. You spot a deviation in March instead of in August.
Access is set up per person
We create access for the people at your company who need it and connect it to your e-conomic agreement. All you have to do is tell us who should have it.
It also means you decide who can see the reports — and that an account can be closed immediately if someone changes job.
The portal reads from e-conomic
The automatic update relies on a direct connection to e-conomic, and that is so far the only system the portal reads from.
If your accounts run in Business Central or another system, you get your reporting from us in the ordinary way — it simply does not refresh itself every night.
If you run e-conomic, the portal is part of the engagement. Not an add-on.
Your numbers are treated accordingly
The portal runs on our own server in the EU. Access is personal, and every view and download is logged, so it can be documented who has seen what. We pull data from e-conomic through an authorisation you grant yourself, and can withdraw again.
We enter into a data processing agreement with every client. It sets out which information we process on your behalf, and which sub-processors we use — currently e-conomic and the European hosting provider where the portal runs.
